11. AI Agent Data Processing

When you deploy AI agents through the Service, those agents may interact with external systems, websites, APIs, and data sources as configured by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data processed by your deployed agents complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We do not control and are not responsible for the data your agents collect, process, or transmit. Agent activity data may be logged for platform operational purposes (e.g., monitoring, billing, security), but we do not access or use the content of your agents' interactions except as necessary to provide the Service.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-standard technology for recognizing Do Not Track signals, and the Service does not currently respond to them. We will update this Policy if a uniform standard is established.

13. State-Specific Disclosures

Wyoming Residents

Deployables is organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. While Wyoming does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute, we are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the standards described in this Policy.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
